Errol was born and raised in Tahiti, a professional soccer player. He retired from his employment with the Tahitian Government. He was highlighted on the LDS Ensign magazine "LDS Professional soccer player not to play the game on Sunday, No soccer on Sunday." He married his wife Yolande and they have seven children. He is a former stake president for the Tahiti Arue Stake and currently an assistant to the Tahiti Mission President.
